Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, clients are required to pay 50% of the service fee.
Liability Policy
By booking and receiving spa treatments, the client acknowledges and accepts all associated risks and agrees that the spa, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or other damages resulting from the treatments or products.
